Nice place relaxing and conveniently located om RAK corniche. Hookah loonge is a superb venue with a live band show especially on Ramadan evenings. Customer service is commendable. Recommended

The most over rated hotel i have ever stayed in. Our room was booked for a mangrove view with a balcony. (According to the pictures on the website) he room they showed us that is "overlooking the mangrove" is facing a ungly/dirty bulding's ac. There is NO mangrove view. They gave us an "upgrade" to a bigger room that has a horrible view of the "ocean", but with no amenities. No towels and a TV with a remote that doesn't work. Overlooking the dirty area downstairs, makes for a disgusting view. Waiting 1 1/2 hours for a below average meal is extremely unreasonable. Even after calling the waiter for an update, was a long process. Drinks from a can took them an hour to deliver. Pool area is at own risk. Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day, but I would not even feed this "meal" to a starving person. They do not adhere to any Covid regulations - not staff around to assit with breakfast everybody just helping themselves. The hotels service is very poor. Overall, I have had better experience staying in a 1 star hotel, so I feel they need to create a special star rating for this hotel. To say we were disappointed is putting it mildly.

Lovely peaceful Hotel. Clean and beautiful rooms with balconies. It has a swimming pool, albeit a bit small. The walk outside the hotel is perfect; all along the Mangrove with great food places and coffee shops. We always enjoy our stay at the Mangrove. We even had two upgrades. The manager and staff are great. The beaches are five minutes drive away. Clean, quiet and soft sand. Enjoy your breakfast on the beach. Enjoy.
