The service of the hotel is good & appreciated. The hotel is in city center of Phuket an close to Naiyang beach. The airport is just 5mins from the hotel & so its a good place to stay if you have early morning flights. The only concern is that the Patong Area which is the most visited is a bit far from the hotel & so you will need to take taxi. Also the night markets are not easy to access. Service is OK.

A good hotel in Phuket. The service is very formal & it has a good restaurant.

We walked to the hotel from the airport as taxis are scandalous from the airport and it’s only a 10 minute walk at the most. We arrived and the receptionists were polite and helpful however their English did make communication hard without google translate. The rooms are spacious with big balconies and large bathrooms with showers and all you need, shampoo, soap, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste. It was all clean, light and airy with good air-con, however couldn’t be left one when out of the room. Bottled Water was provided in the rooms also. The pool was large and nice seating if any were available, a few more chairs or seats wouldn’t go amiss as people left old towels on sunbeds making it hard to know if they were still in use. Only a 5 min walk from the beach where towels were provided by the hotel. You do pay 200 baht per “foreigner” or 40baht (I think) for citizens as this is part of a national park. The beach bower is good for plane spotters as the planes land right over the beach, low enough for close up pictures with good backdrop. Didn’t use the bar as we wanted to try street food which is 5 min walk to a strip of bars, restaurants and shops.
