We booked 6 nights stay for honeymoon, everything was just perfect from start to end. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed everything around the place, Pools were various, big and so cozy, Housekeeping were attentive to requests and and always early, Beach was just AMAZING !! We could just see the coral reefs while standing and it was just perfect ! There was a jetty set up for ones who like to dive if you wanna go deeper. The restaurants were multiple and there were many selections to choose from, although the quality wasn't that high among all. Animation team was the only downside at the whole stay as they didn't add much, they were a bit repetitive and lacked customer service skills, yet that didn't have any impact on the overall experience as almost all the other staff were just Great !! Special thanks to the guys at the restaurant and the reception team led by the Amazing Mr.Abdelhamid who has put an amazing surprise for us considering the specialty of the occasion and who was always keen to deliver the best experience for us at all aspects to make sure that we'll come back

Great location, kind and nice staff. Clean rooms and delicious food. Very professional staff at reception. We got a lot of good friends in the hotel - in the animation team and team of waiters and cooks especially. Animation team made with its activities and fun our vacation really grate and unforgettable. Many thanks to all of them for kindness.

Great location, really nice and clean rooms. Nicely furnished hotel. Friently staff at the reception. Catering was excellent. Everywhere Very friendly staff - especially waiters and bartenders - all are positive with hotel guests and do their work and tasks. We had the impression that we are at home. We would like to thank the animation team. They organized wonderful beach activities for tourists during the day and it was never boring. They always do an amazing job as they are very good for the standard of the hotel and for all the guests. It was pleasure to stay here.
