It is a great escape if you live in Dubai for a weekend . The hotel is quiet decent and the service is really good . The team is professional and friendly . The best part of the hotel is the outdoor and the Lebanese restaurant that they have . They have an amazing beach which is also a Dog friendly . We had a nice time during the weekend and they are planning to have every night a party on the beach .

Very rude and impersonal customer service from the first step in the reception. You have to wait minimum 15 min no matter the time you'll arrive and even if you're the only customer. Also, first time we were told that we need to leave the premises immediately after our check out(?!). Bad communication between the staff and poorly managed service (really gives you the impression that it's only about the money) which the only worth is the location and the food. The staff on the beach and pool are lovely except the towel boy which also had a very bad attitude just because we wanted to change our towels with clean ones. By far the worst reception service ever which is too bad because it's the 1st impression and just for that, it doesn't worth the money to stay. Also, rooms could be better and the wifi isn't available almost anywhere. We've been there over the years but just goes from bad to worst.

We will DEFINITELY be here again soon. This place is an amazing escape from the city and it is great value for money. There was a nice breakfast selection and the vibe is chilled and friendly.
